Piscus Hibiscus

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz bar·tisan Hibiscus Habanero Syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Angostura bitters

Add Pisco, lime juice, syrup, & egg white to shaker. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice & shake again. Strain into coupe glass. Spray or dot Angostura bitters on top as artistically as desired!

Spicy Hibiscus Mule

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Hibiscus Habanero Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ginger Beer

Shake vodka, syrup, & lime with ice. Strain into mule mug or rocks glass over lots of ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with dehydrated lime.

#eye roll

  • 1 oz Aged Rum
  • 1 oz Cognac
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Raspberry Basil Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish optional!

Cucumber Roll

  • 1 1/2 oz Wasabi-infused Gin
  • 1 oz Sake
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan ZING!
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 4 Slices of cucumber
  • * Infuse wasabi in gin overnight. No straining necessary as it disintegrates into the gin! Muddle cucumber well in bottom of shaker tin, add other ingredients and ice. Shake and fine strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with cucumber wheel.

Basil Clover Club

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Raspberry Basil Syrup
  • egg white

Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake vigorously (without ice) to emulsify. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Lavender Bees Knees

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Honey Lavender Syrup
  • *optional – egg white

Add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously dry shake (without ice.) Add ice and shake again to chill and combine. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel, dried lavender, or edible flowers!

La Pecana

  • 1 2/3 oz Reposado Tequila
  • 3/4 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 oz bar·tisan Nutty Texan Turbo

Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with candied pecan.

Citronelle

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1/2 oz bar·tisan Thai’d Up
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel and/or grapefruit twist.
