Raspberry Basil Lemonade

  • 2 oz Vodka (or eliminate to make it a mocktail)
  • 1 oz bar·tisan Raspberry Basil Syrup
  • 4 oz Lemonade

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries. Make a pitcher!

Raspberry Beret

  • 1 1/2 oz Citadelle Gin
  • 1/2 oz Limoncello
  • 1/2 oz bar·tisan Raspberry Basil Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with raspberries and/or basil, if desired.

Pistachio Mai Tai

  • 1 oz Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz Rhum Agricole
  • 1/2 oz Paula’s Texas Orange
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Pistachio Orgeat Syrup

Combine all ingredients in shaker tin and shake vigorously with ice. Pour without straining into a tiki mug or highball. Garnish with mint bouquet, edible flowers, lime wheel, or whatever you can get your hands on!

Strawberry Rhubarb Sour

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • 1/2 oz bar·tisan Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup
  • *optional – add egg white

If using an egg white, shake all ingredients vigorously without ice. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a coupe glass or a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with strawberry, lemon, and/or basil leaf.

Pineapple Express

  • 2 oz Turmeric & Grilled Pineapple Infused Vodka
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Calm Bomb
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple leaf.
