- 1 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/2 oz Thai’d Up
- 1/4 oz lime juice
- Shake with ice and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with Angostura Bitters. Garnish with mint and citrus.

- 1 oz Cognac
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz bar·tisan Raspberry Basil Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish optional!

- 2 oz White Rum
- 3/4 oz bar·tisan Arugula Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
Citronelle
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz bar·tisan Thai’d Up
- 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel and/or grapefruit twist.
Pistachio Mai Tai
- 1 oz Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz Rhum Agricole
- 1/2 oz Paula’s Texas Orange
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz bar·tisan Pistachio Orgeat Syrup
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin and shake vigorously with ice. Pour without straining into a tiki mug or highball. Garnish with mint bouquet, edible flowers, lime wheel, or whatever you can get your hands on!
Lemongrass Daiquiri
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz bar·tisan Thai’d Up
Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel.
