Basil Clover Club

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Raspberry Basil Syrup
  • egg white

Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake vigorously (without ice) to emulsify. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
