Charoset Manhattan

• 2 oz Rye (or Bourbon)
• 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth (or Averna)
• 1/4 oz bar·tisan Apple Cinnamon Syrup
• 2 dashes Bittermens Mole Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
