Blue Velvet

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Indigo Montoya
  • optional – egg white

Combine all ingredients. Shake first without ice if using egg white. Then shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cocktail glass Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and/or lavender.

A Soothing Pear

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz bar·tisan Calm Bomb
  • 1/2 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Prosecco, to top

Shake vodka, syrup, pear liqueur, & lemon juice with ice. Strain into coupe glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with dehydrated pear slice.

Spicy Hibiscus Mule

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Hibiscus Habanero Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ginger Beer

Shake vodka, syrup, & lime with ice. Strain into mule mug or rocks glass over lots of ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with dehydrated lime.

Next Year In ???

  • 2 oz Tito’s Vodka
  • 3/4 oz bar·tisan Apple Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Nocello Walnut Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes Acid Phosphate (if you have it)

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Lycheetini

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Lychee Juice
  • 1/2 oz bar·tisan Thai’d Up
  • 1/4 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth

Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a lychee.
